Atlantic City’s MBCA Supports Local Organizations

John D’Angelo III, an insurance broker with over 25 years of executive management experience, has been at the helm of the Forza Insurance Group since 2014. As a reflection of John D’Angelo III’s dedication to charity and community service, the company is an active member and frequent sponsor of the Metropolitan Business and Citizens Association (MBCA) a civic-minded business organization.

For nearly three decades, the MBCA has brought together prominent members of New Jersey’s business community to raise funds for a variety of local charities. Based in Atlantic City, the association also hosts a number of luncheons and events to discuss solutions to community issues. Through its scholarship foundation, the MBCA grants thousands of dollars in scholarship awards to local students entering university. Since it was established, MBCA has dispersed over $150,000.

The association boasts hundreds of corporate and individual members. A portion of member dues are directly donated to charitable organizations such as Gilda’s Club, a free support community for patients with cancer, and Jean Webster’s Kitchen, a long-running soup kitchen in the heart of Atlantic City.
